What is reflexology?
Reflexology is a science that correlates the anatomy of the body to specific points on the feet, face, hands and ears. By applying acupressure (not to be confused with acupuncture) systematically to specific points on the feet, hands, ears and face to increase circulation, decrease tension and assist body back to homeostasis. This process leaves your body feeling more balanced, rejuvenated and relaxed.

Reflexology Wellness is my passion. I've been in practice for 15 years however I believe I got my start with feet as a young girl. My grandmother was always telling us kids to watch out for her feet, because she had so much pain in them. I asked her one day if I could put lotion on them. She became so relaxed, her foot pain subsided. That was a great feeling to be able to touch her feet and bring her relief. I believe I was destined to be a reflexologist or a hairdresser (I used to brush her hair also) lol.
My experiences have helped those with a wide range of diagnosis such as ADD, Anxiety, Neuropathy, Pain, Diabetes, cancer (Active & remission), insomnia, digestive issues, MS, Recovery from surgeries, End of life comfort, stress relief, Parkinson's and more.
